City Avenue Hotel - Dubai

Overall it was a very relaxing stay at that night. The location was good and perfect, to much in that area, and the view was good, too. Besides, we were short walk to the airport station & the metro station in walking distance, laundry shop and tasty Pakistani/Indian restaurants.

The hotel is fairly clean and the staff are cooperative. Make sure you stay in the twin/double room with beautiful decorations. The location is convenient, 1 mile from laundry. Overall wonderful stay at that night.

Near airport and city center Deira... Good breakfast. Well-decorated room, large television... Excellent bedding... Free parking under the hotel... Staff with the small care.

You can hear the sound of planes taking off a little bit.

a perfect spot for exploring historical sites and local dining

I really enjoyed how quickly I could access the Dubai Museum and the beautiful Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood, both of which are less than 3 km away. The nearby restaurants also offered a variety of options, fantastic for trying local cuisine after a day of exploring.

The bed is very comfortable, close to the airport, the breakfast is quite good, the car park is at your disposal.

The staff were not particularly pleasant when we arrived. We had a neighbourhood problem (a couple was fighting and shouting in the next room) and after informing the lobby of the situation, we were moved to a worse room. I disagreed, explaining that it was not our fault that we were moved, but rather that we should be concerned about the situation... As a result, we were moved to another room. The shower didn't work well in the 3 rooms we visited and our room (the 3rd) was not impeccably clean. After that, the staff of the lobby did not calculate us any more... neither hello nor goodbye.

The standard double room had a very comfortable bed and a clean environment. Ms. Ayesha. The hotel has almost new interiors and offers various recreational activities.

I like the design of the reception hall... The rooms are nice. The reception staff.

You can hear plane noises in the middle of the night due to the proximity of the airport, but I still slept well... I didn't have a shower in the shower.
